A charge of $14.06 was placed to my credit card on 05/19/2018. This charge was not authorized by me.

I am complaining about Amazon Prime Shipping Club and Amazon/Prime Membership (amzn.com/prime WA) [don't know if this is just one company or two different ones] but charges were put in my American Express card and Visa card, respectively. I do not know how these charges were credited to BOTH credit cards but I called both American Express and Visa to cancel these charges.
