I have never heard or used Canva and there is a 120.00 charge on my Citi credit card.

There is something going on with this company and Citi credit cards, I've also just discovered a number of unauthorized charges to my account from Canva. Canceling the card now...

I have had Canva for almost a year and a few months later I started getting charged twice from Canva, but the name also had CAMDEN DE at the end, so I’m confused what the hell is that! I’m contacting my back to see if they’ll refund these fraudulent charges.

My citi card was charge $119.99 by CANVA on Sept. 29, 2022, who I never heard of or dealt with. I reported it as fraud and citi reversed the charge, I also got a new citi card. Again CANVA charged my new card, same amount, $119.99 and I reported it again to citi as fraud, who stated it was a reoccurring charge and they transferred it to my new card???? Why? When I reported it as fraud? But this time citi didn’t give my money back. They sided with CANVA because CANVA stated I never canceled my account. What? I never made an account with CANVA, how can I cancel it? And citi also gave CANVA my money from the first fraud. Now CANVA has $239.98 of my money. Does this make any sense to anybody? Now I have to fight with the citi fraud team who sided with CANVA. Maybe citi and CANVA are in cahoots! This is ridiculous!!!

I too have had this 'Canva" charged on my CC for the tune of 199.90, it is fraud. There is a Camden Deleware in the USA. Sorry I cannot help. Credit card did refund it

I had a $16.99 charge on my CICB Mastercard. Nothing I ordered or any company I have knowledge of.

Many charges, all on the same date, on my RBC credit card from Canva -- I did not make these purchases and have never heard of Canva. Have reported it to the fraud department at RBC (Royal Bank Canada)

Cavana if you ordered cards etc.. my daughter order our Christmas cards from there. I was wondering also since it's from Delaware. I know that area. after talking to my daughter she ordered the cards that I picked up at staples.

Someone opened a card in my mother's name and made a charge to canva. She told them she never opened this card. She doesn't even have a laptop or use her phone to do such things on the internet. The company cancelled the card but not she is getting late fees for not paying for what the unknown party charged.
