DILLARDS 698 DILLARD'S 501-320-3700 AR

I was charged by DILLARDS 698 DILLARD 501-320-3700 AR 600 CARNAHAN DRIVE on April 18TH for $20.91 and $21.67. I was then charged on April 22nd for $21.60. Today, I was refunded the $21.60. When I called thr phone number, the representative asked for my card number to check the orders. She would not take my name, phone number or address.

Needless to say, I am closing that card now and disputing these charges.

Dillards Store #698 in Maumelle, Arkansas at Ph# (501) 320-3700 >> has to be fraud >> So this appears to be a legitimate store or warehouse with some illegitimate staff. A purchase was made, returned, and made again on my CC from this store over the course of a few weeks. I live in WA state, and am not aware of any such purchases or returns having been made. I'm disputing these charges through my CC. There really needs to be more info on the statements of CC transactions which describe the items or services purchased. Why is this not a thing, yet?
