I had a similar experience to that of Mary Jane C. above. One credit card was charged 3 times and another credit card was charged twice for small amounts. But the e-Donations web page for searching for donations could not locate any charges. https://support.edonation.com/lookup/
I tried calling but got only a recording, and then posted a complaint with one of the banks. A few hours later, I checked both banks, and the charges had been removed completely. So I suspect that website problems contributed to the double and triple charging - at least this time. I got a thank you note for one of the donation recipients, but since it was apparently canceled I do not know what will happen next. It is pathetic that a website that handles so much money cannot even spend a few cents to post a note on the site when they are having difficulties and cannot change their phone recorded message to tell donors what is happening.
