On June 30 my credit card was charged US59.99. I did not use the service Study.Com877-264-4033. Please investigate this. Eileen B. Sison. Please explain this situation.

This Is sick. I cancelled the account after three days so I expected not be charged. But a few days later I notice that the account had not been canceled. I emailed study.com 3 days ago because I notice that the account had not been cancelled, and they told me I would never be charged. But I was just charged 59.99. A week later a charge appeared on my bank statement labeled as a recurring charge on my bank statement. How can I stop this now and have my money refunded to me.
