What is it?

I received an $8 charge on my Chase checking account on the 21 st of March. The charge was rejected. I received the same addition $8 charge on the 22nd of March and the $8 was deducted from my checking account. We were hacked on the 16th of November of 2022, and the nightmare continues. Please advise me!
