I ordered a solution manual for a textbook. I believe the site was testbank.eu or something similar. The first card I put in for payment was declined, and so I tried another card. It turns out that I had 4+ charges amounting to almost $1000 on the first card (which Barclaycard took care of), but I also had the $38.34 charge on the second card.
