GSE*GOOD SAM 800-234-3450 CA

Feb. 24, 2023 they (GSE*GOODSAM) charged my card $29.00. Stated it was a card swipe but yet they are located in California and I live in alabam. Still waiting on the bank to tell me how they are going to do this dispute. I have a credit card threw my bank so maybe I'll be refunded. Who knows. But I do know I've never heard of them before I seen this charge.

FYI: "GSE*Good Sam" is "Good Sam Roadside Assistance".

I was looking for "AAA Roadside Assistance". The first thing to pop up when I entered "AAA Roadside Assistance" was "Good Sam Roadside Assistance". I didn't realize this was a Ad, and went ahead and signed up after looking at all the options (plus the 50% discounts). Then I received my statement and saw "GSE*GOOD Sam" and thought "WTH?", I search the number and found all of these fraud comments. Thinking I too had been taken for a loop, I started to report fraud to my bank, but first I called the number. I listened to the recording and realized it was for the Roadside Assistance I purchased. Only it wasn't AAA.

I went back to Google, searched "AAA Roadside Assistance" and sure enough "Good Sam Roadside Assistance" popped up first, offering 50% off for the holiday. It was an Ad that I thought was AAA, so I had signed up.

It has everything I was looking for from AAA, but now before I call to cancel and get a refund, I am trying to compare the two companies and what they offer against what each charges.

So if you thought you signed up for AAA Roadside Assistance and "GSE*GOOD Sam" showed up on your Bank Statement....Now you know it wasn't fraud, but that you signed up for it.

I was charged $29 that I did not authorize. Have no idea what this is.

Wells Fargo Bank notified me that they detected my debit card had been compromised, so they cancelled it and issued me a new number. The next day, I received an e-mail that my old card had been declined for a charge of $139.95 to GSE*GOOD S in OXNARD UNITED STATES, as the account had been closed. Fortunately, Wells Fargo was on top of the fraud and acted quickly.

I had to contact FBI fraud dept, better business bureau of oxnard california, the bank, and card company, no refund yet, I never ordered anything ever from them, made illegal charges on my debit!

My credit card has been used in your store yesterday 06/23/2022 at 11:59. Good Sam charged $29.00 and doesn't have the card present they did the app pay. Please can you tell me what was purchased?

I started getting these charges on my credit card and a few other fraud charges after providing my CC# to both a car moving company and PODS moving and storage. The card was a newly issued card right before our move. So I know it was one of these companies. Since they’re both moving companies, it’s hard to say which one is the scam. The other charges were from a medical supply company in Alabama. I also disputed that charge as well.

A routine check of my credit card statement shows a $29.00 MYSTERY charge from GSE GOOD SAM OXNARD US. Called my bank and said that this wasn’t from me…and to freeze my account. They did just that and issued me a new card with new account number. Hope someone goes after these SCAMMERS!! Thanks USB!!

Got bank statement yesterday with a $29 charge on credit since April 2016! First time I’ve ever heard of it. Never been to Oxnard. In every complaint that I read it was $29! I’m sorry there were about 5 people who entered $139. What’s up. Why can’t these people or person get caught by now???????!!!
