We got a charge on our credit card from that store, but we did not buy anything there. Called Office Depot, they said there is no #1170 store. Seems pretty suspicious. Googled Office Depot #1170 and found this site. http://www.vcharges.com/office-depot-1170-a3

Yes, legitimate store. I placed an order online on the business office depot website and the charge showed as Office Depot #1170.
