What is it?

My card was just charged with 39.99 $ on that site

My Card was just billed 89.99 from them for a bookstore online called bookhavenhub.com and they gave out this email (onlbilling@gmail.com) to contact as they say that is who handles payments. The website onlbilling.com is BLANK. I can not make a dispute through Paypal. I had to report my card stolen and open an investigation.
