If you are the victim of this type of charge (assuming you did not sign up for a site) you can contact your bank/credit card issuer who should be able to provide a contact phone number for the company that issued the charge so you can investigate it. If you explain that you did not sign up for a site, they can block your information and issue a refund. You also will want to cancel your current card and have your bank issue a new one with a different number since the site that made the charge will have your card number and email address (at the least).
