I have received various texts of my license plate being used, charged for toll roads. I have not been on any for months. I want to know which license plate it is n what vehicle? A license plate from my old Toyota 4 runner was stolen in Tijuana Mexuco about a year ago, however that vehicle has not been in U.S. in years and I don't think it was on my sandag acct?
