money from this is missing from my card without my approval

This charge appears every couple months and I haven't ordered anything. It's funny how when you go to their customer service they can bring up all the information about it but they won't tell you what website it's supposed to be for. So I have them cancel it and refund my money. They say I shouldn't be billed again. Two or three months later it's back hoping I won't spot it and it can sneak through. It's blatant fraud.
