I have placed two orders for Balsam Hill Christmas trees. from these two companies only to find out that they are fraudulent companies I would like my money refunded to my card One link is Trendyscape shop and the other is called Summersalt I have used a credit card and have your name on it

Scam on Facebook

Attempted to purchase BB&B closeout patio furniture and firepit for $51.98, advertised on Facebook. Used my American Express Platinum Card, and while they claimed delivery (after two failed attempts) and my signature, it was never delivered. Even worse, American Express has given me the runaround and closed three disputes without action. Without action on the fourth, I will probably cancel my Platinum Card. If they're willing to piss away $675 a year over a $51.98 dispute, I can't understand how they remain in business.
