The story above by Kansas Resident is exactly what happened to me. They said it would be 7 to 10 days for the credit, then when that passed they said 7 to 10 business days, then when I called back they said 5 more days. Reported them to my bank for fraud.

I called the number and it was a customer service agency. I gave them my info, and they told me I had an account that purchased a bottle of diet pills. I Told them it was a mistake and they put me on hold while they contacted the company's sales department, then they told me they would issue a refund. They said it should be up on my account in 7-10 days, if it does not, I'll contact my bank and report fraud. I recommend you call the number. I didn't order any diet pills, could be fraud.
