These people charged us $6.99 hoping we wouldn't notice. However I am diligent when it comes to my account. They wanted my entire card number in order to "help" refund our account and when I said I was reporting them as a fraud/scam for unauthorized transactions, they acted like any other forgein scam artist. They disconnected the chat faster than I could write down the refund confirmation number. Where do you report fools like this??? I intend to report them on every platform I can. Guess I'm reopening my twitter account...

I have no idea why this place billed me $12.99!! I had a similar problem last month with another company. It was under 1 big conglomerate, same ip address, using multiple names to bill people for no product or service!
