What is it?

I found this same name with a 0.00 amount return. It appeared right after I made a pre-order from Kobo. When I contacted their support people, I was told that Worldpay is one of the companies that handles their online payments. They aren't supposed to show up, only Kobo, but there was an error during the purchase. Basically, they are a company that handles payments for other companies. You might want to think about what you may have purchased around the time that charge was made to your account.
