I have a 867.09 on my Chase credit card from Amazon Digital Service amzn.com/bill which I paid after talking to someone at Amazon. After talking to another person I was told it happened to them and they were reimbursed. It involved Roblox which I did not do. 05/11---05/22. This is impossible to have those charges. When I called trying to get this settled your representative was so rude and explained nothing. Being a 78 year old I was very confused and paid it. I have been advised to request again.
