Just called and cancelled the $13 on my credit card that showed up on my credit card statement. I am glad I check that credit card activity on a daily basis. I cancelled the service which I have no recollection of signing up for. She rattled off something that I had used the card for, and I had gotten a 10% discount to try the service for 30 days. To me its a scam. I am a senior citizen and this is the second time I have had to report an charge for a service that I did not want. You gotta stay on top of the fine print and check your credit card activity daily.

This company is such a scam! I never signed up for any kind of membership, and never ordered anything from this company whatsoever, yet I have had recurring payments deducted from my bank account! Contact the BBB & report this idiotic organization.

I called the Freeshipping 800 #to question the monthly $12.97 fee. Initially I thought I'd forgotten something ordered online, but nothing arrived & charges kept incurring. It was explained to me that I had "agreed to that monthly service fee for a 10% discount on shipping costs," and that my "trial membership" was revocable in 7 days. She said that this was all spelled out in the "agreement," but obviously, since so many of us have "signed up" without knowing it, this is truly a scam. The rep, who was very nice, said I would have ALL CHARGES REFUNDED in 5-7 business days. I am marking my calendar and counting the days til I report back, but meanwhile, I will call my credit card company so that they can be aware of the issue.
