IC *FREESHIPPING.COM 800-515-9185 CT

A $13 charge has popped on my credit card statement from Freeshipping.com, phone 800-515-9185. This isn't a valid charge.

I just filed a fraud charge to my bank Wells Fargo right now. The $13 charge appeared on my account and it didn't look right. "PURCHASE FREESHIPPING 800-515-9185" First I called the 800 number on my bank statement and it disconnected which usually means a scam. I then Googled the phone number and found that they are committing fraud on a regular basis but their website is still up and running!! So much for reporting them!

IC Freeshipping claims that I ordered something online using this service and that I had 7 days to drop the service. I discovered that they had been charging me $12.97 per month for over a year! First of all, the name of this company is misleading and devious -- the shipping IS NOT FREE! On Amazon orders, you can choose "free 2 day shipping" which is actually free with the Amazon Prime membership. I am sure most people believe that IC Freeshipping is actually "free shipping." It's a scam. Very deceiving and fraudulent on the part of the company!!!

Freeshipping.com is a third party shipper that has teamed up with Kohl's. I verified this with both Freeshipping and Kohl's. I don't like it. At this time, actual shipping costs are much less than Freeshipping's month subscription charge of $13 or $15 per month unless you buy something every day or so or spend thousands at Kohl's every month. I probably will shop at Kohl's a lot less in the future after this stunt.

I received a $2.00 charge from Freeshipping.com that was never authorized and I have no idea who they are. I tried calling the number which was in CT (800-515-9185) and of course was disconnected, so I started researching online and here we are! I have reported it to my bank who will take over from here. Total scam!!

I had no knowledge of this .com company until 2charges of $13.00 showed up on my bank account. I just spoke with them and they could not find my info. He asked for the entire card number but I hung up. What do I do now?

I purchased one item and never was aware of a "monthly service charge" Please calcel this asap.

This is a scam. I called the number on my bank statement & spoke to a woman. She said I signed up through an apparel site but was unable to be specific. I rarely buy anything that isn’t through Amazon. I had her cancel my my so called “membership.”
